Whether it is an original turn of the century beach cottage or a stunning contemporary with ocean views, we can provide it.

Lighthouse Vacation Properties was born of a marriage of two people. The first is an architect who returned to Fire Island to live here full-time. The second, a fabric designer from England who spent weekend sojourns here. Once we met, our love for each other and the love of the land grew. Out of this union came two marvelous creations: our daughter, Emma Rose, and Beqaj Real Estate.
